Got your tickets and need to make a change? Most updates can be handled on your own directly from your order confirmation page. Here's how each one works.


Your Order Confirmation

Every change starts in the same place. After purchasing, you'll receive two emails: an order confirmation with a View Order link, and a ticket delivery email with a Show Ticket link. Either one takes you to a page where you can manage, transfer, upgrade, rebook, or release your ticket. Bookmark one or keep both emails handy.

Transfer Your Ticket to Someone Else

Can't make it but have someone in mind? You can pass your ticket to another person without contacting us.

  1. Open your order confirmation email and click View Order, or open your ticket delivery email and click Show Ticket.
  2. Click Transfer.
  3. Enter the recipient's email address and submit.
  4. The recipient receives an email invitation and must accept it by confirming their details.
  5. Once they accept, your original ticket is cancelled and they receive a new one with a fresh barcode.

The transfer stays pending until your recipient accepts. If they don't accept before the event, the transfer stays pending and your original ticket remains valid under your name. Only once they accept is your original barcode cancelled and replaced. Start the process with enough time for them to confirm.
